However, change isn’t always easy. In the chaos of everyday life, it’s easy to forget our strength, to feel weighed down by the unknowns, especially when it comes to our own bodies' (peri)menopausal changes we don’t necessarily expect nor understand.

 

We created Meno Swiss to remind every woman going through hormonal changes that she is not alone, that this is normal, and that we all are, were or will be there one day.

We’re here to share knowledge, offer support, and help you reclaim your power and tell your story.
